Luna Palace Privilege Card Terms & Conditions

  • Please note that Privilege Cards are non-transferable (ID may be required), non-redeemable for cash and non-refundable and that a valid Privilege Card must be presented at the box office in order to obtain the members’ discount.
  • On occasions, the cinema may be hired by a third party in which case the discounts may not apply.
  • 3D films will attract an additional fee, and special presentation/festival ticket pricing may differ from general ticket pricing.
  • The card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and a renewal notice will be issued via email to remind members of an upcoming expiry.
  • Lost or stolen cards can be reported with a lost card declaration form, to be completed in person at one of our cinema box offices, and a $7.00 (GST incl) replacement fee applies to each re-issued card.
  • The birthday treat double pass is issued via email in the week prior to the birth date and is valid for 28 days from the date of birth and is not valid for special events such as film festivals, 3D presentations and events where the cinema is being hired by a Third Party. This pass is non-redeemable for cash and cannot be split or used for two different screenings.
  • If the card is purchased close to the date of birth please allow 14 days for the membership to be processed and birthday treat issued.
  • Please notify us of email address changes so that we can continue to send you your birthday passes & renewal notices.
  • All personal information acquired by Luna Palace Cinemas is confidential and will be used for the operation of the Luna Palace Privilege Club only. We do not disclose the information to any third parties.
