An expedition led by Dr. Yemani (Takeshi Shumura) discovers something far more devastating than imagined when a 50 meter tall monster emerges from the Ocean depths. Dubbed Gojira by the natives of nearby islands, the monster begins a rampage that threatens to destroy not only Japan, but the rest of the world.
