Planning a trip to Luna Palace Cinemas with your Popcoin card? Here's what you need to know:
- Versatile Use: Your Popcoin card can be used to purchase both tickets and candy bar items.
- How to Redeem: Use it to buy tickets online or at the box office. Candy bar items can be purchased over the counter.
- Discounts Apply: Valid concession cards and Cinema Club Cards are accepted but must be presented at the cashier when redeeming.
- Flexible Spending: The card value updates automatically after each purchase and can be used across multiple visits.
- Valid for 36 Months: Your Popcoin card is valid for three years from the date of issue. Please note it cannot be reloaded.
- Split Payments: If your purchase exceeds the card balance, you can pay the difference with cash or EFTPOS.
- Keep it Safe: Treat your Popcoin card like cash—lost or badly damaged cards cannot be replaced.
- No Cash Redemption: The card is not redeemable for cash.
Where to Use It: Your Popcoin card is exclusively accepted at all Luna Palace Cinema locations: Luna Cinemas Leederville, Windsor Cinema (Nedlands), Luna on SX (Fremantle), and Luna Outdoor (Leederville) during the summer months.
