Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Absolutely! Picnics are welcome at Luna Outdoor, so feel free to bring along your favourite snacks and treats. However, BYO alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Can I buy food and drinks at Luna Outdoor?

You bet! Our fully licensed courtyard garden is stocked with primo vinos, luxe cheeseboards for those feeling fancy, and our classic, timeless favourite, the humble Choc-Bomb. You can also explore our exciting range of beverages, including refreshing beers from Rocky Ridge Brewing Co. and delicious cocktails from Idle Hands Drinks Co.

Can I purchase alcohol at Luna Outdoor?

Yes! Luna Outdoor is fully licensed, so you can enjoy a drink under the stars. Patrons must be 18 years or older to purchase and consume alcohol. Under-18s are welcome but must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.

WEATHER & CANCELLATIONS

What happens if it looks like rain?

Being outdoors means we're at the mercy of Mother Nature, and sometimes she likes to rain on our parade. We aim to go ahead with outdoor screenings whenever possible, including through light rain and scattered showers.

If rain is on the forecast, we recommend bringing a raincoat or poncho. Umbrellas, however, are not permitted.

Will my screening be cancelled if it rains?

Not necessarily! A little rain won't stop us. Screenings will only be cancelled if weather conditions pose a safety risk to our patrons, staff or equipment.

If a screening is cancelled, online ticket holders will be notified by email by 5 pm, and a cancellation notice will be posted on our website.

What happens if my screening is cancelled?

Don't worry, your tickets will be refunded.

• Online bookings: Your tickets will be automatically refunded the following business day.
• Over-the-counter purchases: You can collect your refund in person from the Luna Leederville Box Office.

ACCESSIBILITY

Is Luna Outdoor wheelchair accessible?

Yes! Wheelchair access to the outdoor cinema is available through the double gates off Oxford Street, followed by an approximately 30-metre laneway leading directly into the courtyard.

Where can I purchase tickets if I require wheelchair access?

Tickets are purchased from the indoor Luna Leederville Box Office, which is accessible via a small portable ramp on the corner of Vincent and Oxford Streets.
