Synopsis

From visionary director Satoshi Kon (Perfect Blue) comes a surreal animated adventure that inspired Christopher Nolan's Inception.

In a near-future Tokyo, a revolutionary device allows therapists to enter patients’ dreams to treat their psychological issues. When the technology is stolen, reality and dreams begin to merge in chaotic and surreal ways. Dr. Atsuko Chiba transforms into her dream-world alter ego, Paprika, to navigate this fantastical realm, unravel the mystery, and save both the waking world and the subconscious from collapse.
