Synopsis
"I was — to be frank — a spoiled, miserable, narcissistic, self-destructive and thoughtless young lout, and badly in need of a good ass-kicking."
From director Matt Johnson (BlackBerry, Nirvanna the Band, the Show, the Movie) comes this biopic on the life of the late Anthony Bourdain, the chef-turned-cultural icon whose voice changed how we saw food, travel, and the world.
In 1975, a 19-year-old Anthony Bourdain (Dominic Sessa, The Holdovers) travels to Provincetown, Cape Cod and stumbles into the chaotic world of a restaurant kitchen, setting off a summer that will shape the course of his life. The film also stars Antonio Banderas, Emilia Jones, and Leo Woodall (Tuner).
